The Starmount Community Garden was founded in May of 2009 on the edge of Starmount's property adjacent to the parking lot. This 5 row 20' x 4' vegetable garden is open to all who want to help grow food for the hungry of Greensboro.  One row per year is used by a Starmount refugee family.

Workdays during the growing season are Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. 90% of the food produced goes locally to those in Greensboro in need of food and 10% will be for those who work in the garden on a regular basis.
