The Starmount Presbyterian Church Preschool Staff of 15 quality and qualified teachers and assistants has well over 100 years of combined preschool teaching experience. All lead teachers have 4-year undergraduate degrees and are certified in early childhood education.  Many of the teachers and assistants have taught at Starmount Preschool for 5 years or longer.

The staff is complemented and completed by Ms. Cindy Lee, Preschool director. Cindy has over two decades of experience working with children in a variety of educational, church, recreational, and preschool environments.

Additionally, all staff receive CPR/First Aid training in conjunction with the American Red Cross and develop their skills through a variety of continuing education workshops and opportunities thoughout the year.
