Youth Focus
This organization is dedicated to helping young people and their families learn to deal with today’s pressures. A powerful collaboration of medical professionals, therapists, businesses, law enforcement officers, administrators and volunteers work together to support young people and the diverse problems confronting them.
The organization provides a wide range of services to at-risk and troubled young people ages 5 - 21. Services include Big Brother Big Sister, professional counseling, family preservation services, community support services, therapeutic foster care, an emergency shelter for runaway and homeless youth, two psychiatric day treatment programs, a 10-bed residential adolescent substance abuse program, among others.
Starmount is involved by contributing $600 per year to this organization.
